The Community Braves basketball team (Nevada, TX), was overwhelmed 69-42 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Caddo Mills Foxes (Caddo Mills, TX)
The Foxes now possess a 19-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wills Point for a 4A Region II District 14 battle on Tuesday, January 16. Caddo Mills will confront a Tigers team coming off a 47-46 league loss to Ford (Quinlan, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 11-8.
The Braves (3-22) will now prepare for their battle against Farmersville (Farmersville, TX). The Farmers come into the 4A Region II District 14 battle with a 6-16 record. In their last battle, Farmersville was overwhelmed by Kaufman (Kaufman, TX), 78-52, in a league battle.
