The Centennial Knights basketball team (Roswell, GA), was overwhelmed 66-43 in Friday's league battle with the host Chattahoochee Cougars (Alpharetta, GA)
The Cougars now possess a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newton for a non-league battle on Monday, January 15. Chattahoochee will confront a Rams team coming off a 61-54 league loss to Archer (Lawrenceville, GA). The Rams record now stands at 12-3.
The Knights (9-9) will now prepare for their battle against Cambridge (Milton, GA). The Bears come into the AAAAA Region 6 battle with a 13-4 record. In their last battle, Cambridge was overwhelmed by North Springs (Atlanta, GA), 65-62, in a league battle.
