The Webb Spartans (Knoxville, TN) basketball crushed the visiting Chattanooga Christian Chargers (Chattanooga, TN), 76-46 in Friday's league test.
The Spartans (16-3) will now prepare for their test against Baylor (Chattanooga, TN). The Red Raiders go into the Division II-AA East test with a 13-3 record. In their last test, Baylor walloped McCallie (Chattanooga, TN), 64-58, in a league test.
The Chargers now own a 8-6 record. They play next when they host Knoxville Catholic for a Division II-AA East test on Tuesday, January 16. Chattanooga Christian will encounter a Fighting Irish squad coming off a 56-42 league loss to Baylor (Chattanooga, TN). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 12-7.
