Clarkton Reindeer (Clarkton, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Gideon Bulldogs (Gideon, MO), 45-43 in a league bout.

With the win, Clarkton upgrades its record to 4-8 on the season. The Reindeer travel to North Pemiscot (Wardell, MO) to play the Mustangs in a Tri-County - Southeast bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 0-10.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Naylor Eagles (Naylor, MO) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 18. Gideon will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record.
