With the win, Early upgrades its record to 11-8 on the season. The Longhorns host Eastland (Eastland, TX) to clash with the Mavericks in a 3A Region I District 8 bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Mavericks go into the bout with a record of 11-9. Eastland won 58-36 in their recent league bout against Dublin (Dublin, TX)

Next up, the Indians clash with the Peaster Greyhounds (Peaster, TX) in a 3A Region I District 8 bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Comanche will attempt to upgrade on its 10-11 season record. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a 14-8 record after their 44-29 league win over Breckenridge (Breckenridge, TX).
