The Cornerstone Christian Patriots (Willoughby, OH) basketball felled the host Medina Christian Academy Knights (Medina, OH), 71-56 in Friday's non-league test.
The Patriots (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Horizon Science Academy (Cleveland, OH). The Dragons go into the non-league test with a 2-6 record. In their last test, Horizon Science Academy was beaten by East Tech (Cleveland, OH), 91-37, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Ridge Academy for a Lake Effect test on Friday, January 19. Medina Christian Academy will encounter a Royals squad coming off a 68-40 non-league loss to HEARTS for Jesus Christ (North Olmsted, OH). The Royals record now stands at 1-9.
