Mt. St. Joseph Academy Green Wave (Rutland, VT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Enosburg Falls Hornets (Enosburg Falls, VT), 47-44 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mt. St. Joseph Academy upgrades its record to 4-6 on the season. The Green Wave travel to Arlington Memorial (Arlington, VT) to clash with the Eagles in a Southern Vermont - D bout on Monday, January 15. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-7. Arlington Memorial lost 59-28 in their recent league bout against Poultney (Poultney, VT)

Next up, the Hornets clash with the Richford Falcons (Richford, VT) in a Mountain bout, on Monday, January 15. Enosburg Falls will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 7-2 record after their 40-38 non-league win over Twinfield (Plainfield, VT).
