In Friday's league match, the visiting Escambia Academy Cougars basketball team scored a decisive 65-23 triumph over the South Choctaw Academy Rebels.
In their next game, the Cougars meet the Lighthouse Private Christian Academy Stingrays (Pensacola, FL) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 13. Escambia Academy will attempt to better on its 12-2 season record. The Stingrays enter the match with a 11-9 record after their 74-71 non-league loss to Destin (Destin, FL).
