Granite Hills Eagles (El Cajon, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Valhalla Norsemen (El Cajon, CA), 72-55 in a league bout.

With the victory, Granite Hills upgrades its record to 11-6 on the campaign. The Eagles host Foothills Christian (El Cajon, CA) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Monday, January 15. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 3-10. Foothills Christian lost 69-53 in their recent league bout against Bishop's (La Jolla, CA)

Next up, the Norsemen play the Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 13. Valhalla will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record.
