Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Penn-Trafford topples Greater Latrobe

In Friday's league outing, the Penn-Trafford Warriors (Harrison City, PA) basketball squad beat the host Greater Latrobe Wildcats (Latrobe, PA), by a margin of 59-44.

The Warriors (8-6) will now prepare for their outing against Kiski Area (Vandergrift, PA). The Cavaliers go into the WPIAL 5A 3 outing with a 9-5 record. In their last outing, Kiski Area defeated McKeesport (McKeesport, PA), 70-59, in a league outing.

The Wildcats now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Gateway for a WPIAL 5A 3 outing on Tuesday, January 16. Greater Latrobe will clash with a Gators squad coming off a 58-48 league win over Franklin Regional (Murrysville, PA). The Gators record now stands at 11-1.
