Hebron Christian Lions (Dacula, GA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Hart County Bulldogs (Hartwell, GA), 76-56 in a league bout.

With the victory, Hebron Christian upgrades its record to 14-0 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Monroe Area (Monroe, GA) to play the Purple Hurricanes in a AAA Region 8 bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Purple Hurricanes come into the bout with a record of 12-4. Monroe Area lost 62-55 in their recent league bout against Franklin County (Carnesville, GA)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Johnson Atomsmashers (Savannah, GA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 15. Hart County will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Atomsmashers come into the bout with a 9-6 record after their 49-45 non-league loss to St. Andrew's (Savannah, GA).
