Highlands Golden Rams (Natrona Heights, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Indiana Little Indians (Indiana, PA), 74-62 in a league bout.

With the win, Highlands upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Golden Rams travel to Knoch (Saxonburg, PA) to play the Knights in a WPIAL 4A 1 bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 10-3. Knoch lost 51-49 in their recent league bout against Hampton (Allison Park, PA)

Next up, the Little Indians play the Freeport Yellowjackets (Freeport, PA) in a WPIAL 4A 1 bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Indiana will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a 3-10 record after their 50-42 league win over Greensburg Salem (Greensburg, PA).
