The McAlester Buffaloes basketball team (McAlester, OK), was routed 71-48 in Friday's league battle with the host Holland Hall Dutch (Tulsa, OK)
The Dutch now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sapulpa for a 5A District 4 battle on Tuesday, January 16. Holland Hall will battle a Chieftains team coming off a 68-45 league loss to Edison (Tulsa, OK). The Chieftains record now stands at 7-5.
The Buffaloes (2-9) will now prepare for their battle against Coweta (Coweta, OK). The Tigers come into the 5A District 4 battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, Coweta was routed by Will Rogers College (Tulsa, OK), 58-55, in a league battle.
