Nevada High School Basketball - Indian Springs can't hold off Round Mountain

The Round Mountain Knights basketball team scored 40 points and held the host Indian Springs Thunderbirds to 34 in the Knights league triumph on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tonopah for a 1A Central contest on Tuesday, January 16. Round Mountain will battle a Muckers team coming off a 52-22 non-league loss to Lone Pine (Lone Pine, CA). The Muckers record now stands at 2-8.
The Thunderbirds (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Laughlin (Laughlin, NV). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 2-10 record. In their last contest, Laughlin was nudged by Lake Mead Academy (Henderson, NV), 80-53, in a league contest.
