The Valor Preparatory Academy Owls topped the visiting Lake Norman Christian Storm basketball team by a final score of 70-62 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Owls face the Sugar Creek Wildcats (Charlotte, NC) in a 1A Metro 8 game, on Wednesday, January 17. Valor Preparatory Academy will attempt to move on its 6-7 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 8-6 record after their 62-51 league win over Queen's Grant (Matthews, NC).
