The McKinley Trojans basketball team (Sebring, OH), was overwhelmed 61-38 in Friday's league battle with the host Lowellville Rockets (Lowellville, OH)
The Rockets now possess a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Western Reserve for a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet battle on Tuesday, January 16. Lowellville will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 49-43 league win over Mineral Ridge (Mineral Ridge, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 4-8.
The Trojans (3-9) will now prepare for their battle against Leetonia (Leetonia, OH). The Bears come into the non-league battle with a 3-10 record. In their last battle, Leetonia was overwhelmed by Wellsville (Wellsville, OH), 61-31, in a league battle.
