The Magnolia Panthers (Magnolia, AR) basketball crushed the host Malvern Leopards (Malvern, AR), 80-37 in Friday's league test.
The Panthers (11-1) will now prepare for their test against De Queen (De Queen, AR). The Leopards go into the 4A Region 7 test with a 4-10 record. In their last test, De Queen was trounced by Nashville (Nashville, AR), 68-37, in a league test.
The Leopards now own a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Camden Fairview for a 4A Region 7 test on Tuesday, January 16. Malvern will encounter a Cardinals squad coming off a 60-23 league win over Ashdown (Ashdown, AR). The Cardinals record now stands at 8-6.
