The Taholah Chitwhins basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Mary M. Knight Owls to 21 in the Chitwhins league triumph on Friday.
The Chitwhins now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Beach for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 13. Taholah will battle a Hyaks team coming off a 62-25 non-league win over Lake Quinault (Amanda Park, WA). The Hyaks record now stands at 5-8.
The Owls (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Clallam Bay (Clallam Bay, WA). The Bruins enter the non-league contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, Clallam Bay was routed by Neah Bay (Neah Bay, WA), 70-35, in a league contest.
