The Morehead Panthers (Eden, NC) basketball knocked off the host T.W. Andrews Red Raiders (High Point, NC), 68-55 in Friday's league test.

The Panthers (10-4) will now prepare for their test against Reidsville (Reidsville, NC). The Rams go into the 2A Mid-State test with a 12-0 record. In their last test, Reidsville notched a victory over Burlington Christian Academy (Burlington, NC), 77-59, in a non-league test.

The Red Raiders now own a 4-11 record. They play next when they host Shining Light Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, January 13. T.W. Andrews will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 75-54 non-league win over Lab University Prep Regional (Charlotte, NC). The Knights record now stands at 10-1.
