Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Northeast Bradford edges North Penn-Liberty

The Northeast Bradford Panthers (Rome, PA) basketball nipped the visiting North Penn-Liberty Mountie (Liberty, PA), 45-44 in Friday's league test.

The Panthers (9-2) will now prepare for their test against Wyalusing Valley (Wyalusing, PA). The Rams go into the non-league test with a 1-10 record. In their last test, Wyalusing Valley was tipped by Wellsboro (Wellsboro, PA), 58-31, in a league test.

The Mountie now own a 6-7 record. They play next when they travel to Towanda for a Northern Tier test on Tuesday, January 16. North Penn-Liberty will encounter a Black Knights squad coming off a 43-41 non-league loss to Sullivan County (Laporte, PA). The Black Knights record now stands at 3-8.
