New York High School Basketball - Scotia-Glenville can't hold off Queensbury

The Queensbury Spartans basketball team scored 29 points and held the host Scotia-Glenville Tartans to 26 in the Spartans league triumph on Friday.
The Spartans now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Schuylerville for a Section 2 Foothills contest on Tuesday, January 16. Queensbury will battle a Horses team coming off a 61-52 league win over South Glens Falls (South Glens Falls, NY). The Horses record now stands at 9-3.
The Tartans (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Glens Falls (Glens Falls, NY). The Indians enter the Section 2 Foothills contest with a 13-0 record. In their last contest, Glens Falls nudged Gloversville (Gloversville, NY), 86-56, in a league contest.
