Ravenswood Red Devils (Ravenswood, WV) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host St. Marys Blue Devils (St. Marys, WV), 56-55 in a league bout.

With the win, Ravenswood upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Red Devils host Tyler (Sistersville, WV) to play the Knights in a Little Kanawha - West bout on Wednesday, January 17. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 3-7. Tyler lost 55-46 in their recent non-league bout against Magnolia (New Martinsville, WV)

Next up, the Blue Devils play the Trinity Christian Warriors (Morgantown, WV) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 15. St. Marys will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 6-3 record after their 64-52 non-league win over Frankfort (Ridgeley, WV).
