The Cedar Valley Aviators (Eagle Mountain, UT) basketball nipped the visiting Wasatch Wasps (Heber City, UT), 58-56 in Friday's league test.
The Aviators (5-5) will now prepare for their test against Spanish Fork (Spanish Fork, UT). The Dons go into the test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Spanish Fork was tipped by Salem Hills (Salem, UT), 75-66, in a non-league test.
The Wasps now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Salem Hills for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 16. Wasatch will encounter a Skyhawks squad coming off a 75-66 non-league win over Spanish Fork (Spanish Fork, UT). The Skyhawks record now stands at 6-0.
