The Gridley Bulldogs basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the host Orland Trojans to 39 in the Bulldogs league victory on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oroville for a contest on Tuesday, January 16. Gridley will battle a Tigers team coming off a 75-9 non-league loss to Lassen (Susanville, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-2.
The Trojans (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Las Plumas (Oroville, CA). The Thunderbirds come into the contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Las Plumas was defeated by West Valley (Cottonwood, CA), 39-36, in a non-league contest.
