Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Grissom Tigers (Huntsville, AL) and the host Albertville Aggies (Albertville, AL), saw Grissom's basketball squad hold off Albertville by a tally of 56-49.

With the victory, Grissom improves its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Sparkman (Harvest, AL) to play the Senators in a 7A Area 7 challenge on Friday, January 19. The Senators come into the challenge with a record of 15-7.

Next up, the Aggies play the Asbury Rams (Albertville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Albertville will attempt to improve on its 4-13 season record.
