North Carolina High School Basketball - Panther Creek routs Apex Friendship

January 12, 2024: Cary, NC 27519

In Friday's league outing, the Panther Creek Catamounts (Cary, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC), by a count of 68-22.

The Catamounts (9-4) will now prepare for their outing against Willow Spring (Fuquay-Varina, NC). The Storm go into the non-league outing with a 12-2 record. In their last outing, Willow Spring smashed Corinth Holders (Wendell, NC), 60-25, in a league outing.

The Patriots now hold a 7-6 record. They play next when they host Broughton for a non-league outing on Monday, January 15. Apex Friendship will clash with a Capitals squad coming off a 42-32 non-league win over Heritage (Wake Forest, NC). The Capitals record now stands at 4-8.
