Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Osakis Silverstreaks (Osakis, MN) and the visiting Browerville Tigers (Browerville, MN), saw Osakis's basketball squad knock off Browerville by a count of 50-34.

With the victory, Osakis upgrades its record to 5-6 on the campaign. The Silverstreaks host Foley (Foley, MN) to play the Falcons in a AA Section 6 challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 5-7. Foley lost 72-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Pequot Lakes (Pequot Lakes, MN)

Next up, the Tigers play the Paynesville Bulldogs (Paynesville, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 18. Browerville will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record.
