The Cedar Ridge Raiders basketball team (Round Rock, TX), was nudged 45-43 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Vandegrift Vipers (Austin, TX)
The Vipers now possess a 20-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vista Ridge for a 6A Region IV District 25 battle on Tuesday, January 16. Vandegrift will confront a Rangers team coming off a 61-38 league win over Manor (Manor, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 17-8.
The Raiders (15-7) will now prepare for their battle against Round Rock (Round Rock, TX). The Dragons come into the 6A Region IV District 25 battle with a 20-6 record. In their last battle, Round Rock nudged McNeil (Austin, TX), 45-32, in a league contest.
