Nevada High School Basketball - Sierra Lutheran edges Coral Academy of Science - Reno

The Sierra Lutheran Falcons (Carson City, NV) basketball nipped the visiting Coral Academy of Science - Reno Falcons (Reno, NV), 24-22 in Friday's league test.

The Falcons (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Oasis Academy (Fallon, NV). The Bighorns go into the 2A Northern test with a 3-5 record. In their last test, Oasis Academy was tipped by Pershing County (Lovelock, NV), 49-13, in a league test.

The Falcons now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they travel to Pershing County for a 2A Northern test on Saturday, January 13. Coral Academy of Science - Reno will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 55-14 league win over Silver Stage (Silver Springs, NV). The Mustangs record now stands at 14-1.
