The Valor Preparatory Academy Owls basketball team (Concord, NC), was overwhelmed 47-8 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Covenant Classical Warriors (Concord, NC)
The Warriors now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodlawn for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 16.
The Owls (0-9) will now prepare for their battle against Sugar Creek (Charlotte, NC). The Wildcats come into the 1A Metro 8 battle with a 1-11 record. In their last battle, Sugar Creek trounced Queen's Grant (Matthews, NC), 47-22, in a league battle.
