The San Antonio Memorial Minutemen basketball team (San Antonio, TX), was nudged 29-22 in Friday's league battle with the host Fox Tech Buffaloes (San Antonio, TX)

The Buffaloes now possess a 9-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host La Vernia for a 4A Region IV District 28 battle on Tuesday, January 16. Fox Tech will confront a Bears team coming off a 110-7 league win over John F. Kennedy (San Antonio, TX). The Bears record now stands at 22-5.

The Minutemen (2-24) will now prepare for their battle against Cuero (Cuero, TX). The Gobblers come into the 4A Region IV District 28 battle with a 26-3 record. In their last battle, Cuero edged Gonzales (Gonzales, TX), 70-28, in a league battle.
