Texas High School Basketball - Hardin can't hold off Warren

The Warren Warriors basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Hardin Hornets to 47 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.
The Warriors now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kirbyville for a 3A Region III District 22 contest on Tuesday, January 16. Warren will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 70-36 league loss to Kountze (Kountze, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-10.
The Hornets (13-9) will now prepare for their contest against East Chambers (Winnie, TX). The Buccaneers enter the 3A Region III District 22 contest with a 16-6 record. In their last contest, East Chambers was nudged by Buna (Buna, TX), 56-40, in a league contest.
