Yucca Valley Trojans (Yucca Valley, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Indio Rajahs (Indio, CA), 77-10 in a league bout.

With the victory, Yucca Valley upgrades its record to 17-4 on the campaign. The Trojans host Twentynine Palms (Twentynine Palms, CA) to play the Wildcats in a Desert Valley bout on Wednesday, January 17. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 8-13. Twentynine Palms lost 42-39 in their recent league bout against Desert Hot Springs (Desert Hot Springs, CA)

Next up, the Rajahs play the Coachella Valley Mighty Arabs (Thermal, CA) in a Desert Valley bout, on Wednesday, January 17. Indio will attempt to upgrade on its 1-13 season record. The Mighty Arabs come into the bout with a 6-9 record after their 26-21 league win over Cathedral City (Cathedral City, CA).
