Oregon High School Basketball - Pine Eagle knocked off by Joseph

The Joseph Eagles basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Pine Eagle Spartans to 35 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cove for a 1A Old Oregon contest on Saturday, January 13. Joseph will battle a Leopards team coming off a 70-20 league loss to Powder Valley (North Powder, OR). The Leopards record now stands at 4-15.
The Spartans (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against Wallowa (Wallowa, OR). The Cougars enter the 1A Old Oregon contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, Wallowa was defeated by Imbler (Imbler, OR), 43-30, in a league contest.
