North Carolina High School Basketball - Pinnacle Classical Academy trounces Lake Lure Classical Academy

The Pinnacle Classical Academy Eagles (Shelby, NC) basketball crushed the host Lake Lure Classical Academy Raptors (Lake Lure, NC), 53-10 in Friday's league test.

The Eagles (9-4) will now prepare for their test against Thomas Jefferson (Mooresboro, NC). The Gryphons go into the non-league test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Thomas Jefferson walloped East Gaston (Mt. Holly, NC), 63-9, in a league test.

The Raptors now own a 1-10 record. They play next when they travel to Veritas Christian Academy for a Western Piedmont test on Thursday, January 18. Lake Lure Classical Academy will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 64-5 league win over Community Christian Academy (Bessemer City, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 9-5.
