The Smithville Warriors basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Lincoln College Prep Blue Tigers to 44 in the Warriors non-league victory on Friday.
The Warriors now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oak Park for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 13. Smithville will battle a Northmen team coming off a 73-70 non-league win over Raytown South (Raytown, MO). The Northmen record now stands at 8-4.
The Blue Tigers (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Center (Kansas City, MO). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league contest with a 2-9 record.
