Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Mount Union ripped by Southern Huntingdon County

The Southern Huntingdon County Rockets basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Mount Union Trojans to 25 in the Rockets league triumph on Friday.

The Rockets now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northern Bedford County for a Inter County - East contest on Monday, January 15. Southern Huntingdon County will battle a Panthers team coming off a 44-32 league win over Tussey Mountain (Saxton, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 7-4.

The Trojans (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against East Juniata (McAlisterville, PA). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, East Juniata was routed by Millersburg (Millersburg, PA), 51-22, in a league contest.
