Pasadena Bulldogs (Pasadena, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Muir Mustangs (Pasadena, CA), 51-44 in a league bout.

With the win, Pasadena upgrades its record to 10-9 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Christian (El Cajon, CA) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Monday, January 15. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 6-8. Christian lost 70-43 in their recent league bout against Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Crescenta Valley Falcons (La Crescenta, CA) in a Pacific bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Muir will attempt to upgrade on its 6-11 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 14-6 record after their 65-28 league win over Arcadia (Arcadia, CA).
