With the victory, Phillips upgrades its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Loggers host Gilman (Gilman, WI) to play the Pirates in a non-league bout on Monday, January 15. The Pirates come into the bout with a record of 7-8.

Next up, the Buccaneers play the Abbotsford Falcons (Abbotsford, WI) in a Marawood - North bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Prentice will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 54-44 league loss to Athens (Athens, WI).
