The Whitesburg Christian Academy Warriors basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Tanner Rattlers to 13 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 6-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering for a 2A Area 14 contest on Tuesday, January 16. Whitesburg Christian Academy will battle a Sentinels team coming off a 43-26 league loss to Tanner (Tanner, AL). The Sentinels record now stands at 0-7.

The Rattlers (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against West Limestone (Lester, AL). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 9-13 record. In their last contest, West Limestone was routed by St. John Paul II (Huntsville, AL), 49-47, in a league contest.
