The Lobos go into the bout with a record of 18-5. Longview won 58-27 in their recent league bout against Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, TX)

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Hallsville Bobcats (Hallsville, TX) in a 5A Region II District 15 bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Texas will attempt to upgrade on its 11-8 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 8-18 record after their 35-24 league loss to Whitehouse (Whitehouse, TX).
