The South Tahoe Vikings topped the host Hug Hawks basketball team by a final score of 40-24 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Vikings face the Wooster Colts (Reno, NV) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, January 17. South Tahoe will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record.
With the defeat, Hug moves to 0-3 on the year. The Hawks travel to Sparks (Sparks, NV) to face the Railroaders in a game on Tuesday, January 16. The Railroaders enter the game with a record of 0-5. Sparks lost 26-15 in their recent league game against North Valleys (Reno, NV)
