Mead Mavericks (Longmont, CO) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Silver Creek Raptors (Longmont, CO), 46-15 in a league bout.

With the victory, Mead upgrades its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Mavericks host Centaurus (Lafayette, CO) to play the Warriors in a bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 1-5.

Next up, the Raptors play the Greeley West Spartans (Greeley, CO) in a bout, on Thursday, January 25. Silver Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record.
