Flintridge Prep Wolves (La Canada, CA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Providence Pioneers (Burbank, CA), 8-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Wolves confront the Chadwick Dolphins (Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA) in a Prep challenge, on Wednesday, January 17. Flintridge Prep will attempt to better on its 9-3 season record. The Dolphins enter the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 1-0 league win over Westridge (Pasadena, CA).

The Pioneers now have a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mayfield for a Prep bout on Tuesday, January 16. Providence will battle a Cubs team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Polytechnic (Pasadena, CA). The Cubs record now stands at 5-7.
