The Benjamin Franklin Chargers basketball team (Queen Creek, AZ), was routed 64-31 in Friday's league battle with the host American Leadership Academy - Ironwood Warriors (Ironwood, AZ)

The Warriors now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pusch Ridge Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 13. American Leadership Academy - Ironwood will battle a Lions team coming off a 88-21 non-league win over Andrada Polytechnic (Tucson, AZ). The Lions record now stands at 3-5.

The Chargers (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against San Tan Foothills (Queen Creek, AZ). The Sabercats come into the battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, San Tan Foothills was routed by River Valley (Mohave Valley, AZ), 35-22, in a non-league battle.
