Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Northeast Guilford Rams (McLeansville, NC) and the host Atkins Camels (Winston-Salem, NC), saw Northeast Guilford's basketball squad wallop Atkins by a count of 61-9.

With the victory, Northeast Guilford upgrades its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Rams host Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC) to play the Cougars in a challenge on Friday, January 19. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 2-13. Rockingham County lost 72-29 in their recent league challenge against Dudley (Greensboro, NC)

Next up, the Camels play the High Point Central Bison (High Point, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 19. Atkins will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record. The Bison come into the challenge with a 2-10 record after their 45-37 non-league loss to Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC).
