The Hopedale Blue Raiders basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Blackstone-Millville Chargers to 47 in the Blue Raiders league triumph on Friday.

The Blue Raiders now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Whitinsville Christian for a contest on Tuesday, January 16. Hopedale will meet a Crusaders team coming off a 27-24 league loss to Nipmuc Regional (Upton, MA). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-6.

The Chargers (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Douglas (Douglas, MA). The Tigers enter the contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Douglas was outscored by Sutton/Douglas (Sutton, MA), 45-26, in a league contest.
