Capuchino Mustangs (San Bruno, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Oceana Sharks (Pacifica, CA), 67-39 in a league bout.

With the win, Capuchino upgrades its record to 6-10 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA) to clash with the Firebirds in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 13. The Firebirds go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Fremont lost 56-48 in their recent league bout against Lynbrook (San Jose, CA)

Next up, the Sharks clash with the Terra Nova Tigers (Pacifica, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 15. Oceana will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 10-2 record after their 32-27 league win over Aragon (San Mateo, CA).
