Los Molinos Bulldogs (Los Molinos, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host CORE Butte Lynx (Chico, CA), 31-19 in a league bout.

With the win, Los Molinos upgrades its record to 1-8 on the season. The Bulldogs host Biggs (Biggs, CA) to play the Wolverines in a bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 10-5. Biggs lost 42-38 in their recent league bout against Hamilton (Hamilton City, CA)

Next up, the Lynx play the Maxwell Panthers (Maxwell, CA) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 16. CORE Butte will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 5-1 record after their 44-21 league win over Williams (Williams, CA).
