The Ensworth Tigers (Nashville, TN) basketball nipped the visiting Pope John Paul II Knights (Hendersonville, TN), 56-51 in Friday's non-league test.
The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Christ Presbyterian Academy (Nashville, TN). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Christ Presbyterian Academy got by Father Ryan (Nashville, TN), 57-52, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 7-3 record. They play next when they host Lipscomb Academy for a test on Tuesday, January 16.
